1. Scope of Intelligence Services
KP Agentic provides technical consultation, Agentic RAG architectural blueprints, and AI infrastructure insights. By accessing this Hub, you acknowledge that the content is provided for enterprise-grade technical guidance.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The proprietary logic, code snippets, and "KP Agentic" branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Koustubh Pathak. Unauthorized redistribution of technical whitepapers or commercial "cloning" of the Agentic RAG architectures featured here is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
3. Operational Integrity
Users engaging with our technical pipelines agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer the Agentic reasoning modules.
- Attempt high-concurrency "stress tests" on our public nodes without prior authorization.
- Use the contact infrastructure to transmit malicious payloads or spam.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our AI architectures are engineered for high precision, KP Agentic is not liable for downstream outcomes resulting from the implementation of technical insights provided in our public "Neural Hub." Enterprise deployments should undergo a separate internal validation process.
Agreement to these terms is mandatory for continued access to our technical infrastructure.
